Overview

Sales Engineer with expertise in software testing and test automation to support enterprise customers as a technical presales specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical presales specialist for test automation solutions.
• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and testing challenges.
• Design and recommend solutions that improve testing processes, software quality, and operational efficiency.
• Support customer initiatives involving test automation technologies.
• Partner with account teams and technical specialists to develop solution proposals and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience across multiple phases of software testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Experience working directly with external customers, including solution discussions and proposal activities.
• Passion for helping organizations improve software quality and testing efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Consulting or advisory experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with enterprise software environments, including ERP or large-scale business applications.
