The Role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to support pre-sales activities and help customers design secure, scalable technology solutions. Working closely with sales teams, partners, and end users, you will identify business and technical requirements, demonstrate solutions, lead proof-of-concepts, and provide trusted technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Key Expectations

• Act as a technical advisor for customers and partners.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and solution proposals.
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements and resolve technical challenges.
• Share customer feedback with product, engineering, and support teams.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, security, or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, storage, and business continuity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, firewalls, and web security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant cloud or security certifications are highly desirable.
