Objectives/Purpose:
- Understand HR business requirements and strategic needs to build systems that enhance HR process efficiency and data utilization.
- Develop systems that quickly respond to changing HR business needs due to external and internal factors.
- Maximize the use of global platforms while addressing HR business requirements.
- Utilize the latest digital technology to improve HR business process efficiency.
- Execute and manage the full range of tasks necessary for system development, including planning, resource allocation, requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Accountabilities:
- Understand HR business requirements and define system requirements.
- Ensure the necessary resources to implement requirements.
- Explain requirements to application maintenance and development members, and manage design, development, and testing.
- Plan and execute system tests after the design and development phase.
- Plan and drive user acceptance tests post-system testing.
- Leverage data and digital technology to improve efficiency and labor savings in HR business processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external SMEs and vendors to lead problem resolution.
Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills: Required:
- Experience in developing and operating HR systems.
- Proficiency in English for business communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience in HR application development, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and operation.
- Experience in developing interfaces to output HR data.
- Experience in project planning, proposal, and vendor management.
- Experience as a project manager for HR system development and business application projects.
- Skills in financial management for IT services.
- Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Business relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with virtual teams across different countries, aligning and adapting to various work cultures and communication styles.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience with HR application management (e.g., Workday, LYSITHEA).
- Fundamental knowledge of corporate functions (e.g., Finance).
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience with validated systems.
- Experience with AI/RPA and other digital technologies.
- Experience in data analytics using tools like DataBricks or BI.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica).
- Experience with job monitoring applications (e.g., Tidal).
- Experience in business process analysis using methods like process mining.
- Deep knowledge of the Power platform and experience using technology to improve business processes.
