About the Role

As a Senior AI Consultant, you will partner with enterprise clients to identify business challenges and leverage LLMs, Generative AI, and data-driven technologies to deliver transformative solutions. You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and propose AI-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and implement LLM-based AI Agents and Generative AI applications
• Architect advanced solutions utilizing RAG, tool integrations, and multi-agent frameworks
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation pipelines to improve AI performance
• Build and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Lead project delivery and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, architects, and engineers to solve complex business challenges

Requirements

Must Have

• 1+ year of experience designing or developing LLM / Generative AI solutions
• 3+ years of software development experience using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies
• Experience gathering requirements and presenting solutions to clients or internal stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Native-level Japanese proficiency

Preferred

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and prompt engineering
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms
• Consulting or SI project leadership experience
• Experience leading projects from PoC to production
• Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
• Business-level English reading and writing skills
