Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account and opportunity strategies.
• Understand customer business objectives, IT environments, and security requirements.
• Present, demonstrate, and position solutions aligned to customer needs and business goals.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, architects, and decision-makers.
• Design solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Identify technical risks, support opportunity progression, and contribute to sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal technical, product, and services teams to deliver the best customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the IT industry.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, architecture, design, or implementation roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, infrastructure, application delivery, or cybersecurity technologies.
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise or service provider customers and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Professional Japanese language skills and business-level English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
