Responsibilities

• Drive technical engagement and enablement across channel partners, including distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
• Support partner recruitment, onboarding, and technical qualification activities.
• Deliver training, workshops, demos, and technical enablement programs.
• Assist partners with solution design, proof of concepts, and customer opportunities.
• Develop repeatable architectures, best practices, and technical playbooks.
• Build strong relationships with partner engineering teams and develop technical champions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to support partner success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Partner/Channel Engineering roles.
• Background working with enterprise IT partners such as distributors, VARs, resellers, or SIs.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, data protection, storage, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting technical sales cycles, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent business-level English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant cloud, security, or data management certifications are advantageous
