Your impact

Your day to day as a Scrum Master will be varied and impactful.

• You will organise and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• You will coach teams on Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, embedding SAFe principles where relevant.
• You will work with Product Owners to clarify and prioritise backlogs, ensuring delivery stays on track.
• You will track and report team progress using Agile tools and metrics, identifying and removing obstacles.
• You will support multiple Scrum teams, shielding them from distractions and promoting a culture of collaboration.
