Enterprise Application Manager

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT systems across finance, HR, and related domains, ensuring stable operations and alignment with business needs
• Lead IT service management processes including incident, problem, change, and service level management to maintain system performance and reliability
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into effective technical solutions and driving strategic initiatives
• Oversee IT planning, solution delivery, and collaboration with global teams and vendors to implement compliant and scalable systems
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence through performance monitoring, documentation, training, and adherence to IT standards and policies
