A leading SAP partner specializing in SAP extensions is seeking a Solution Advisor to join its presales team. This role focuses on engaging enterprise customers, delivering impactful solution demonstrations, and aligning business needs with innovative SAP-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tailored solution demonstrations for complex customer requirements
- Translate business challenges into effective SAP-based solution strategies
- Advise clients on best practices, capabilities, and business value
- Support sales cycles through strong solution positioning and stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level discussions
- Develop customized demo scenarios and solution presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in presales, consulting, or solution advisory roles
- Strong background in enterprise software, ideally within SAP or SAP extensions
- Proven experience delivering customer demonstrations and managing stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Native Japanese speaker with Business English skills
