A leading SAP partner specializing in SAP extensions is seeking a Solution Advisor to join its presales team. This role focuses on engaging enterprise customers, delivering impactful solution demonstrations, and aligning business needs with innovative SAP-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tailored solution demonstrations for complex customer requirements
  • Translate business challenges into effective SAP-based solution strategies
  • Advise clients on best practices, capabilities, and business value
  • Support sales cycles through strong solution positioning and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level discussions
  • Develop customized demo scenarios and solution presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in presales, consulting, or solution advisory roles
  • Strong background in enterprise software, ideally within SAP or SAP extensions
  • Proven experience delivering customer demonstrations and managing stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Native Japanese speaker with Business English skills
