Join a global IT team driving high-impact initiatives. As a Program Manager, you'll partner with business, product, and engineering teams to plan and deliver key programs, projects, and releases aligned to our strategic goals.
You'll own end-to-end execution-ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and smoothly deployed to production following best-practice project lifecycle standards.
We're looking for a proven Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment and has a strong track record of delivering complex programs successfully.
・ Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to plan and deliver initiatives end-to-end
・ Define scope, tasks, and resource needs while managing delivery through SDLC and Agile frameworks
・ Own project execution: timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and overall progress
・ Lead meetings, track issues and actions, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and reporting
・ Use program management tools and dashboards to provide visibility, improve processes, and support resource planning with leadership
