Tech Lead Revenue Operations

The Technical Lead is the primary technical owner for all revenue‑critical systems. This role oversees the design quality, engineering standards, system performance, and delivery execution for platforms such as Retail & F&B POS, Mobile Ordering, eCommerce, Payments, Inventory/COGS flows, and revenue integrations.

You'll serve as the technical authority for RevOps-ensuring every system is scalable, secure, reliable, and ready for high‑volume company operations. This includes guiding engineering teams, validating architecture, ensuring vendor quality, and maintaining seamless integrations across all revenue touchpoints.

The role works closely with teams across Revenue Operations, Retail, F&B, Finance, Ticketing, Cybersecurity, Architecture, PMO, Infrastructure, and Payments to deliver stable, frictionless customer experiences and support major transformation initiatives.
