Bilingual Senior Product Manager (HealthTech / SaaS Platform)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Product Manager to lead the development of a healthcare SaaS product for the Japanese market.

The product supports home-visit nursing providers by streamlining operations, improving staff productivity, and enabling better management decisions through data-driven insights. It integrates functions such as electronic medical records, billing, scheduling, and performance analytics in one unified platform.

You will play a key role in scaling this product, enhancing the user experience for healthcare professionals, and driving business growth in a rapidly expanding HealthTech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for a healthcare SaaS platform (EMR + operations management)
• Identify user pain points from healthcare professionals and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams
• Develop product strategies and MRDs aligned with market needs
• Improve user experience across workflows such as scheduling, documentation, and billing
• Work closely with designers to create intuitive UI/UX and prototypes
• Validate features through user feedback and continuous iteration
• Partner with engineers on architecture decisions and technical feasibility
• Define and track KPIs such as revenue, retention, and usage metrics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product growth and adoption
• Continuously improve product development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience
• Experience working on user-facing products (SaaS preferred)
• Strong ability to translate business & technical needs into product requirements
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Strong ownership and execution mindset

Language:

• Business-level Japanese (required for customer & market understanding)
• Business-level English (internal communication)

Preferred

• Experience in Healthcare / Medical / SaaS / B2B products
• Experience in workflow tools or enterprise systems
• Strong UX/product thinking mindset
• Startup or high-growth company experience
