The Role
You'll join a high-level support team as a senior technical expert, acting as the final escalation point for complex cyber and infrastructure issues. The role focuses on troubleshooting advanced incidents, particularly around cybersecurity events, and working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver world-class customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical and cybersecurity incidents across cloud, infra, and applications
- Support partners and customers with advanced troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams on critical issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Stay current on trends across cloud, security, and virtualization
Requirements
- 2+ years in advanced technical support
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Strong experience across:
- Windows Server & Linux troubleshooting
- Cybersecurity (malware, ransomware, EDR/XDR)
- Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, traffic analysis tools)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Enterprise applications (SQL, Exchange, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Passion for problem-solving in complex technical environments
