We are partnering with a global technology company at the forefront of data intelligence, investigations, and AI-driven analytics, supporting organisations across enterprise, government, and law enforcement.
With rapid growth across APAC, the business is expanding its Japan team and building out a highly technical Solutions Consulting function that works closely with customers on complex, mission-critical deployments.
This is a collaborative environment with a tight-knit team of experienced consultants, strong leadership, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies across cloud and large-scale data platforms.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on technical role combining solution design, implementation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with customers to design and deliver scalable solutions, supporting them from proof-of-concept through to full deployment and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across complex environments
- Lead implementations including on-premise and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Work with containerised environments (Kubernetes/Docker) and large-scale infrastructure
- Deliver technical workshops, demos, and enablement sessions
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers through deployment and optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Your Profile
We're looking for a strong technical specialist with a customer-facing mindset. You do not need to come from an eDiscovery background, candidates from cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or cybersecurity environments are highly relevant.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Architect, Sales Engineer, etc.) OR strong technical background with stakeholder exposure
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Kubernetes / containerised environments
- Infrastructure / server deployments (on-prem or hybrid)
- Strong understanding of scalability, system performance, and enterprise infrastructure
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery
- Exposure to data platforms, analytics, or investigation workflows
