Datacenter Technician

One of the biggest leading multinational technology companies is seeking experienced Datacenter Technicians/DCO, being proficient in maintaining, removing servers, parts, CPUs, memory, network and cabling to support with their projects and DCs in Tokyo.

Responsibilities

• Perform server and network maintenance.

• Replace broken server parts following a workflow.

• Conduct daily DCO tasks (decom, install, hardware maintenance).

• Handle physical tasks like moving servers.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Collaborate with data center manager and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience with Datacenters

• Experience with computer and network hardware repair

• Troubleshooting skills

• Physical capability for moving servers

• Attention to detail & Team collaboration

• Conversational/Business English reading, writing, and understanding
