Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement teleoperation systems, including real-time control, low-latency audio/video streaming, and operator-facing interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with operators to gather real-world feedback and improve system usability.
• Integrate mechanisms for improving data quality through user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain applications that support large-scale data collection (e.g., internal tools and dashboards).
• Build intuitive web-based interfaces for managing and monitoring data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data and machine learning teams to ensure efficient data ingestion and workflow management.
• Design and implement APIs for internal services and external data integrations.
• Develop configuration management systems to handle metadata such as system configurations and task definitions.
• Ensure secure communication through authentication and access control mechanisms.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong backend and frontend development skills.

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Experience with technologies such as Go and Python (e.g., FastAPI).
• Frontend: Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Cloud: Familiarity with platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Leadership: Experience leading technical initiatives or making architectural decisions.

Experience in at least one of the following:

• Real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebRTC, WebSocket, MQTT, gRPC).
• Large-scale data processing systems.
• Robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2 and associated visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Experience:

• Experience in microservices-based architectures.
• Experience building real-time dashboards.
• Familiarity with telemetry data, sensor visualization, and video streaming.
• Experience in system performance optimization.

DevOps / SRE / QA:

• Familiarity with observability, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience implementing automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).

Other

• Business-level English proficiency is highly preferred.
