Quality Engineering Lead - AI Platform / Cloud / Kubernetes

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform.

You will own end-to-end product quality, from defining QA strategy to ensuring smooth production releases, while driving modern automation and AI-based testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and release quality gates
• Lead automation across E2E, API, and system layers
• Implement AI-driven testing approaches and improve QA efficiency
• Conduct defect analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams (shift-left QA)
• Mentor engineers and promote a quality-first culture
• Provide clear reporting on test coverage, risks, and release readiness
