We are partnering with a leading global consumer brand to hire a Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives across retail, e-commerce, and experiential channels in Japan.
This is an opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with strong experience in consumer-facing and digital marketing. The role will focus on planning and executing end-to-end campaigns across multiple touchpoints, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful brand experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across retail stores, e-commerce, and pop-up activations
- Lead campaigns across PR, digital, advertising, events, and in-store promotions
- Drive traffic across online and offline channels through omni-channel initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with broader business and content strategies
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring high-quality output across all touchpoints
- Plan and execute consumer events and promotional activities
- Leverage market and customer insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
- Manage budgets, timelines, and external agencies to ensure effective delivery
- Lead and mentor team members within the function
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, including retail and/or e-commerce
- Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and budget management
- Background in digital marketing and integrated campaign delivery
- Experience developing creative assets (video, visuals) and managing promotional activities
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in market and customer insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Business-level Japanese required; English preferred
