Role Summary
A senior-level product management position is available within a newly expanding on-demand logistics and consumer experience division. The role is centered on developing market‑specific capabilities and operational frameworks alongside global product, engineering, data science, and business teams.
The position focuses on designing and scaling a nationwide, real‑time delivery ecosystem connecting local merchants, customers, and delivery partners. You will collaborate closely with operational leadership to refine processes, gather insights, and convert them into impactful product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategic direction, roadmap, and performance indicators for a core segment of the customer shopping experience.
- Represent the needs and expectations of end users and integrate customer insights into product decisions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including requirement definition, use‑case creation, success metrics, and launch execution.
- Identify and remove issues hindering user conversion, improving the end‑to‑end consumer journey.
- Inspire cross-functional partners and lead collaborative efforts to bring product initiatives to market.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support growth across customer, merchant, and delivery partner ecosystems.
- Build an optimized, intuitive purchasing and logistics interface across mobile and web platforms.
Requirements
- Professional communication proficiency in Japanese and English.
- 5-10+ years of product management experience, including driving an end‑to‑end product vision.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate in a data‑heavy, fast-moving, and often ambiguous environment.
- Proven success working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business judgment, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly communicate decisions.
