Overview
The team is seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX) with at least four years of experience to shape customer experience through human-centred design. This role focuses on translating strategic insights and brand direction into impactful design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
You would join a highly skilled, collaborative team with the opportunity to design, build, test, and launch high-quality digital products, while contributing to the evolution of design processes and team practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products, including user interfaces, design systems, and prototypes
- Create intuitive, high-quality user experiences and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and user experience capability
- Ability to guide stakeholders on design decisions that deliver customer value
- Strategic thinking with consideration for long-term impact, risk, and business outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries
- Experience designing for responsive web platforms
- Hands-on UX skills (user flows, IA, user testing, etc.)
- Fluent English with strong understanding of Japanese B2B environments
