Product Analyst

As part of the IT team, you'll help shape digital experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech teams to define, deliver, and support new digital features.

1. Product Definition

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development and testing.

1. Product Delivery

• Support backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups).
• Test features during development to ensure they meet requirements.

1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Coordinate UAT with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Document test cases, gather feedback, and help prioritize fixes or enhancements.
• Share UAT results with leadership to support release decisions.

1. Implementation & Support

• Ensure new features align with business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and help measure product success.
• Support future planning by sharing results and insights with stakeholders.
