Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing consulting team focused on solving complex supply chain and planning challenges. This role involves working closely with enterprise clients to design, configure, and implement advanced planning solutions, while leading delivery efforts and mentoring team members.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, deep supply chain knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to define business processes and solution design
- Drive end-to-end implementation and deployment of planning solutions
- Configure systems based on agile user stories and functional specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, modelling, and analytics challenges
- Develop strategic roadmaps to address integrated supply chain issues
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout delivery and post-implementation phases
- Support pre-sales activities by articulating solution value and approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and account teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, R)
- Experience working with enterprise planning or ERP systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation
- Proven track record leading teams in designing and delivering complex solutions
- Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, including:
- Demand & supply planning
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Inventory management
- Capacity planning
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems implementation
- Industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in client-facing environments
