What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and operating highly scalable cloud-native platforms used by millions of customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing large-scale backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Building cloud-native applications and microservices architectures
- Driving technical architecture decisions and contributing to long-term platform strategy
- Optimising application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Creating APIs and distributed systems capable of handling high traffic and large data volumes
- Collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, platform engineers, and global stakeholders
- Leading technical discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices
- Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and helping raise overall engineering quality
- Contributing to CI/CD improvements, automation initiatives, and developer productivity practices
- Participating in production support, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements
In addition to core platform development, you will help accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across engineering teams through practical implementation and experimentation.

- Designing and developing production-grade LLM applications
- Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Developing AI Agent and Agentic Workflow systems
- Evaluating and implementing frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Enhancing developer productivity through GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-powered tooling
- Exploring AI-assisted automation opportunities across engineering processes
- Establishing best practices for AI application architecture, testing, security, and governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Java development
- Solid experience with Spring Boot and modern backend frameworks
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability production systems
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and code quality practices
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform services
- Experience working with large-scale internet services or consumer-facing platforms
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Search, E-commerce, or Data Platform environments
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or related technologies
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, n8n, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Experience with big data technologies and data processing pipelines
- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers
- Experience driving engineering standards and architectural improvements
