Job Description

What You Will Do

This is a hands-on role. Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand user problems and translate them into actionable requirements for development teams.
2. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify product gaps, and generate ideas that improve market position, customer experience, and business growth.
3. Create and maintain product requirement documentation and partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design teams to execute the product roadmap.
4. Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Work closely with Product Owners and technical leads to develop user stories.
6. Partner with designers to create intuitive UI/UX experiences.
7. Build prototypes and validate customer needs and user experience.
8. Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to support product development.
9. Create high-fidelity designs aligned with established design systems.
10. Facilitate discussions and decision-making around product architecture with engineering teams.
11. Work with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to measure product impact and optimize metrics such as conversion, revenue, retention, and churn.
12. Drive improvements in product development processes across the organization.
13. Take ownership of different product lines and adapt to changing business priorities.

What We Can Expect from You

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management or similar experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
• Ability to break down complex technical and business challenges into actionable deliverables.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, startup, or customer-facing product environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
• For candidates residing in Japan, a valid work visa with at least six months of remaining validity.
