Senior AI Architect

We're looking for a Senior AI Architect to join a global cloud platform, working closely with customers in Japan to help them design and scale Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted technical partner, supporting customers as they explore and implement GenAI, ML, and Agentic AI initiatives. You'll design secure, reliable, and scalable AI architectures, lead workshops and technical deep‑dive sessions, and share best practices through thought‑leadership activities. By listening closely to customer needs and feedback, you'll also help influence how AI solutions evolve across the platform.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience building production AI systems, hands‑on expertise with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows, and MLOps, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. Native‑level Japanese and working English are essential for working with local customers and collaborating with global teams.
